These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and DZ LABS LLC, a Florida (USA) limited liability company ("DZ LABS," "we," "us"), governing your use of the Protocol Her iOS application and the protocolher.com website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Protocol Her is a tracking, organization, and educational tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, pharmacy, or medical provider, and nothing in the Service is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing instruction.
Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, changing, pausing, or stopping any medication, peptide, supplement, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or logged in the Service. Information about peptides has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The in-app calculators are unit-conversion conveniences based entirely on numbers you enter. They do not recommend doses. Verify every calculation with your clinician or pharmacist before acting on it.
The Service is not for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 (in the US) or your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Protocol Her lets you privately log doses, weight, cycle data, symptoms, photos, and bloodwork, and view your own entries organized over time. Some features ("Pro") require a paid subscription. Educational content in the Service summarizes publicly available information and is provided for general knowledge only — it is not tailored to you, even where the app organizes it around compounds you track (see section 2).
Protocol Her Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. The price and renewal period (for example, monthly or annual) are shown in the app before you buy.
Billing is processed by Apple; subscription status is managed through RevenueCat as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including those governing the substances you choose to track.
You own everything you log — doses, photos, notes, files. Because the Service stores this on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and for exporting anything you want to keep before deleting the app.
The Service — including its design, branding, text, and software — belongs to DZ LABS LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. No other rights are granted.
The Service relies on third parties (such as Apple and RevenueCat) described in the Privacy Policy. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
These Terms are between you and DZ LABS LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your license to the app itself is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these Terms supplement it with the service-specific provisions on this page (including sections 2, 5, and 6).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST. EXPORT YOUR DATA REGULARLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DZ LABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY HEALTH OUTCOME OR DECISION MADE IN CONNECTION WITH INFORMATION YOU TRACKED OR READ IN THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DZ LABS LLC and its members, officers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app (cancel any subscription separately — see section 5). We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or discontinue it, if you violate these Terms or where reasonably necessary; sections that by their nature should survive (2, 7–8, 11–13, 15–16) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You and DZ LABS LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and agree claims may be brought only individually, not as a class. If you live in a jurisdiction whose law gives you mandatory consumer protections or the right to sue in your local courts, nothing in this section takes those rights away.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and DZ LABS LLC about the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, called out in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
